Velocity Interiors undertake a complete office fit out in Aberdeen…
When a high end recruitment company announced a new office in Aberdeen, they looked no further than Velocity Interiors to carry out the interior fit out. Velocity Interiors have a long standing relationship with them and were perfectly setup to carry out such a project.
The process started off back in July 2013 whilst lease negotiations on the premises were ongoing. Velocity Interiors drew up various space plans to accommodate all of their requirements. As time went on, the plans were finessed to make the best use of the space both ergonomically and aesthetically, whilst all the time fitting perfectly into their unique office look.
Once the lease was signed in October, Velocity Interiors were ready to go. Accommodation was booked, materials ordered and site operatives ready for a few weeks in Aberdeen! There project kicked off on a six week timescale, taking it through to the middle of December. All the site operatives put in the hard work and there was never any doubt they wouldn’t make the deadline on time. There’s no denying the project put the office staff under pressure sourcing materials in an unfamiliar location, but they have built up vast directory over the past several years it wasn’t too much for them to handle.
The project required many various elements, here are just a few successfully installed by Velocity Interiors:
Raised floor, wall insulation and lining, solid plasterboard partitions, glass partitions, hard wood flooring, vinyl flooring, tea point, electrics, data and welfare facilities.
